Doctor Who S07E01 Asylum of the Daleks

Doctor Who season 7 premiered 3 weeks ago. Yeah, yeah, I know I'm super late with this but I still wanted to write about it.

Before the premiere, BBC released 5 mini-series (as in super mini).
Pond Life is the new 5 part mini-adventure, with a new part every day, featuring the Doctor, Amy, Rory and some surprise familiar faces! En route to visit the Ponds the TARDIS' Helmic Regulator malfunctions, leaving the Doctor popping up everywhere in time and space. Will he ever make it back to them?
It's basically a glimpse of what was happening before the events of season 1. The Pond's marriage is on the rocks. :(

If you haven't seen them, videos are available in BBC's YouTube account.

So the synopsis for episode 1:
Kidnapped by his oldest foe, the Doctor is forced on an impossible mission - to a place even the Daleks are too terrified to enter... the Asylum. A planetary prison confining the most terrifying and insane of their kind, the Doctor and the Ponds must find an escape route. But with Amy and Rory’s relationship in meltdown, and an army of mad Daleks closing in, it is up to the Doctor to save their lives, as well as the Pond’s marriage.

The Daleks are probably my favorite alien villains. They're just so unforgettable. They've been part of the show for YEARS! And no matter how many times the Doctor defeats them, they would always come back.

I loved this episode because we finally met the new companion, although I have no idea how that would happen. I have some theories but I'm not that confident with my theory, there's a possibility that she was able to transfer her conscience to the TARDIS or something else. There's also the possibility that the Doctor may visit her in the past, before she got on that ship, and maybe something happened during their travels that caused her to forget the Doctor (like Donna). Or IDK. I'll just wait and see how she would become the new companion. That might also be a possibility though (LOL!), she becomes the companion because the Doctor saw her and thought that it would be nice to have her around, you know, have an adventure (since that's what she wanted in the first place, why she was in that ship) before that fateful day in the Dalek planet.
